We understand that these are unprecedented times and we truly appreciate your support as we navigate how best to safeguard the health and safety of our employees, clients and their families. The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) has released a waiver permitting Regional Center vendors to deliver some services in a Telehealth format. In accordance with our on-going commitment to supporting continuity of care for our clients, please note the following:
The “Shelter in Place” and “Safer at Home” orders issued in response to COVID-19 have increased restrictions on activities outside of the home, which may present additional challenges for you and your family at this time
The orders DO NOT prohibit CABA from continuing to provide in-person services to our clients in their homes; we will continue to offer these services as directed by our local and national governing bodies, funding providers & credentialing partners, and in accordance with our current resources & staff availability
We are aware of the difficulties presented by service delivery interruptions, and as such, have been working diligently to provide you with this option to access Telehealth services. If you would like more information about CABA's Telehealth services, please let us know, as follows:
Inform your current BCBA Supervisor: This person will collaborate with you to determine the most effective Telehealth format for you and your family
Inform a CABA Administrative team member: This person will help to coordinate all additional funding provider paperwork requirements
Email: info@centerforaba.com to request a phone consultation to start the process, or with any other questions – we are here to help!
